Mijn Klacht:
I bought a product without realising it was something from a company in China. When I wanted to return the product due to an issue with its safety and quality the only options Amazon give are you to deal with the company in China directly. No guesses as to how that’s going. It has been nonstop emails back and forth to China resulting in them them not giving me the refund. Amazon offer no customer service to help mediate and as any company can sell their goods on there without any kind of vetting of standards, it means buyers can end up buying substandard products with no customer assistance if they want to return them.
