Bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Via een account dat al jaren bestaat. Een uur later verschijnt er een email in m’n mailbox:

Amazon Compliance has conducted an internal review and has decided to suspend your Amazon.co.uk account. If you believe this action on your account has been made in error, please email us at [email protected] and reference the number(s) provided below.
Vervolgens krijg ik de volgende email:
Hello Amazon Customer,
Thank you for contacting Amazon Compliance. Amazon has a policy to comply with sanctions and export control regulations. After reviewing your account details, we found similarities between information in your account and a business with whom we cannot currently do business.
In order to review your account, please the identity of [mijn naam] on your account as part of our compliance program. Respond within 14 days by clicking on the button at the bottom of this email and provide (1) the business registration license or article of incorporation, and (2) secondary proof of address dated within the last 60 days, such as a lease agreement or utility bill.
Do not respond to this email with any personal information or attach any documentation. Please note, we do not accept screenshots for any types of requested documentation. Any information provided as part of this request will be securely stored and only used for compliance purposes.
Wat moet ik daar nu mee!? Ik ben geen bedrijf, dus punt 1 is niet aan te voldoen en punt 2 staat niet op mijn naam. Dit is toch de omgekeerde wereld, dat ik een of ander bewijs van onschuld zou moeten aandragen.
Gewenste Oplossing:
- Opheffen account blokkade.
- Product versturen of bestelling annuleren en geld terug.
