In October 14th I had a flight from Amsterdam to Seoul with a transfer in Rome. Alitalia has provided too little time for a transfer in Rome. The plane was significantly late. I missed check-in for my flight to Seoul. My business trip was frustrated and I decided to go back to Amsterdam. The Alitalia’s staff promised me a refund for the entire purchase Amsterdam-Rome-Seoul and Seoul-Rome-Amsterdam. About 750 euro. After that I’ve been contacted Alitalia several times by phone. Each time they promise that a refund will be very soon. It’s been over 2 months now and I got nothing…
