Ik ontving een autoradio die ik bestelde op Aliexpres van Fortress Multimedia Store
De bestelling was niet compleet de camera’s zaten er niet bij.
Bij het inbouwen van de radio bleek het de verkeerde radio te zijn en past dus niet.
Ik ben totaal niet te spreken over de gang van zaken en heb gevraagd om het adres waar ik de radio naar kan terug sturen en krijg daar geen bevredigend antwoord op.
Heb klarna op de hoogte gesteld en ik een poging om dit met Aliexpress te communiceer loop ik tegen een muur op. bij het juiste antwoord moet ik eerst een video maken met teksten er in om het in te kunnen dienen. Gaat een beetje lastig, moeten klanten van aliexpress video kunnen bewerken? de verkoper heeft in ieder geval de foto’s gekregen in de chat. Ik heb ook Klarna op de hoogte gesteld. Ben inmiddels al een paar weken bezig maar de verkoper beantwoord mijn vraag niet draait er omheen. Lijkt mij toch normaal als een shop het verkeerde product stuurt en zeker binnnen een paar dagen dat je zelfs zonder opgave van redenen iets terug moet kunnen sturen?
