Dear Ms, Mr,
I request that you forward this complaint to your complaints department instead of having to retype the whole story again and again via the chat function of your at Ali Express. Then I will be at least half an hour further.
I still not received the remaining amount of 25.82 euros.
The total amount of that order was 33.25 euros for the delivery of 5 items 5 jugs. Got those 5 items. I had opened online dispute of 1 jug fairly soon after receipt via photo due to manufacturing error. Have then also the amount (7.43 euros) of that 1 jug received.
A short time later I found out that the other 4 jugs also have the same manufacturing errors.
I couldn’t open a dispute then. Was closed.
Have also sent the seller a message. No response received.
After that. I have chatted online 3 times with 3 differents Ali Express customer service employees where I also had include the video to proof of evidence through that Google drive link. They all 3 have promissed me to solve my problem (like make an appeal), that I will get my money back:
– May 1, 2020, I had an online chat with Jastine or Gastine (?).
– June 2, 2020, I had an online chat with Queen.
– June 16, 2020, I had an online chat with John.
And 29 July, 2020, I had an online chat with Edwin. He wrote that the rest of the amount from order was returned to my bank account on April 24.
That is not correct, that refund of 21.70 euros is from an other order which was a pan.
He advice me to take contact with my bank.
For what? Then I will get the same answer as I can see on my online banking account about that refund of 21.70 euros. According to my Ali Express order history. That is refund for a pan, not for those 4 jugs.
