Dear AliExpress,
I have purchased a car stereo with navigation at AliExpress which did not function properly.
There were many faults which makes it unusable.
This was my first purchase at AliExpress and if this is what I get it unfortunately will be my last.
I have spent about 400 euro’s and cannot use the produkt.
I communicated with the seller but still have not gotten a solution.
I have sent video’s whith all the malfunctions, but only get one video in return which has no usable content.
AliExpress claims to have a good service and buyer protection.
I hope this is true because I would realy like to receive a good working product.
I need some assistance, I don’t know what to do anymore.
