We have ordered a phone for our daughter from Aliexpress. Unfortunately, the phone has gone to a few days. We have contacted the seller. Unfortunately no response. Then we opened the dispute.The seller responded in one go.
He wants us to send the phone back to replace and the shipping costs he would take over. We have returned the phone. The seller has asked us to cancel the dispute so that he can return the phone immediately if he has received the damaged phone. We have the seller trust and the dispute canceled. The seller received the damaged phone 15 days ago and gives no information about the state of affairs.
Unfortunately he does not respond to our emails either. Only reaction (from 14 julie) was that they are checking the phone. Nothing more heard since then! And at Aliexpress we can no longer file a complaint because we have canceled the dispute. So they can not mean anything more to us. Now we have no telephone, no money back and only extra costs (import costs and shipping costs). Never order again with Aliexpress !!!
Gewenste Oplossing:
To such a disappointment, I would only be satisfied if they send the phone back refund the expenses or refund the purchase price shipping import tax.
And an excuse for the bad service!
