hey ny name is Seemab Khalid i received email and letter from you that i didnt paid on time while i used klarna pay later i accept it well but i have a reason for that i tried many times to pay it was some problem with my klarna account i wanted to pay but when even i clicked on pay button of just didnt woeker for me and at last i called them to slove this issue that time that time it went already to incasso and they told me to explain everything same to alktum groep then may be they understand and remove extra money so i called today but the lady was so rude to me she even didnt want to listen she said u have two open factuur one is old from 2019 you should pay together that 2019 factuur i returned the product from zalando on time it is also not my fault i already found some type of proof i can show u she said no it was a underwear so u cant send them back i told her they accept everything back she just kept saying u have only options you have to pay for all two factuur from zalando and klarna or you will even receive letter with dubble extra amount .she was totally rude lady my nederlands is not so good so may be she didnt understand me .what i want to say is for zalando i am not going to pay because i dont have to any way for klarna i should pay my request is to remove extra €25 because it was not my fault.Dossier: 895094, Uw schuld aan Klarna Bank AB
