Our add is suspended without any notice. We have been transparent to Airbnb about our guests that went home. Our guests asked us for a refund. That is why we have contacted Airbnb. There is no proof of Covid-19. So we do not know whether they do or they do not have Covid-19. Our account is suspended, meaning nobody see our advertisement and nobody can book it, since it is not visible for anybody. After calling Airbnb a lot of times, they told us it is a procedure. Airbnb block us for seven days in order to clean. Ok fine, but why do block all? And not just one week blocking, while our advertisement is still visible. We do have the feeling that Airbnb is not taking us for serious. After seven days, our account is still blocked. We missed already one booking. So how do you solve this in order to gain our trust in your company again? For now we are very disappointed. We hope our advertisement is restored today. And that we get a better rating then before. Since we offered a good service to our guests and Airbnb has punished us for offering this service to our guests.
Gewenste Oplossing:
They offer no solution then just waiting. We tried again today. We wait already for more than one week.
