I am very disapointed about the service from air arabia Brussels! I always book with you, but when I call to the callcenter and explain my complaining, they hang up on me and they are really rude! ALL WHAT I WANT IS A SOLLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM! I WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN WITH AIR ARABIA!
I have payed for the full price but I don't have any bagage! I want the amount back of the bagage!
