28 August 2018.
And the hotel contacted Agoda en we most wait for
Two hours the said the line is bissy.
After two oures the said the mistake is by Agoda and the have fixet.
But After that long time waiting and mistakes.
They told me you have a double bed but on the reservation mail it was een twin bed.
We most wait again to fix this problem.
Then they give us the key from the room.
When we go the room de room was occupied by an another person.
Than we go from the fift floor back to the reception.
The give us an another room.
It was a big drama.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When they pay me cash back many midtakes and waiting time
