Yasmine Jawad heeft een klacht ingediend tegen een Flixbus-chauffeur vanwege agressief gedrag tijdens haar reis op 21 juli 2018 van Den Haag naar Antwerpen. Ze beschrijft de chauffeur als onprofessioneel en roekeloos, en meldt dat de bus technische problemen had, waaronder een lekkende watertank en een defecte toilet.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Complaint against Flixbus driver’s behaviour!

I would like to forward a complaint regarding the trip on Saturday 21st July 2018 with Flixbus.
Complaint:
My booking number is 8075061948, date of the trip Saturday 21 July 2018 at 11.45 from the Hague in the Netherlands to Antwerp in Belgium at 11.45. Connection 813 direction Brussels north Station.
1. The bus driver was aggressive, abusive, terrifying and irresponsible.
3. The driver lack the professionalism in driving internationally and drives recklessly with no respect or consideration for the passengers.
2. The Bus was suffering form leaking WATER. It was warm and the toilet was locked.
4. During boarding the driver (NEVER MENTIONED HIS NAME) warned all passengers NOT to sit on the front 4 seats. The 4 seats were reserved for his friends who boarded the bus at the second stop in Rotterdam.
5. At the second stop in Rotterdam the driver abandoned the vehicle and went to bring water for the burning hot engine. Passengers were not informed.
6. The driver started driving towards Belgium. 50 Km from Rotterdam the bus started giving warning signals that the driver ignored.
7. The driver suddenly swerved to a secondary unknown road. The driver was in search for a petrol station. It was very frightening especially that the driver was interested to inform and warn the passengers. It was almost like hijacking the bus with the passengers as hostages especially that the passengers are left wandering about the driver sudden actions.!
8. When I asked about what’s happening ; he yield at me saying Shut your mouth Woman. The passengers witnessed his impoliteness and brutality of his reply.
The driver was angry and suddenly stopped the bus in a field of nowhere and asked us to to leave the bus.
He opened the toilet for the passengers. WHY IT WAS LOCKED IN THE FIRST PLACE?
While awaiting for the other bus to come , the driver intimidated manner continued and he approached me in a threatening manner as if he was trying to hit me and his friends took him away.
The driver’s behaviour was a terror.He was endangering his life and the passenger’s life.
We had to wait 3 hours in the heat outside for another bus. We arrived 19.10pm in Antwerp. My trip back was at 21.10.
It was a nightmare trip with this driver and a broken bus. My only day off was completely ruined.
I owe FLIXBUS an explanation about how an international company as Flixbus employs such unprofessional driver who breaks all the values of an international travel. His irresponsible behaviour , disrespect for passengers , nepotisms by reserving front seats for friends and more importantly he was abusive.
A driver with such improper behaviour is not only keeping passengers away from boarding FLIXBUS BUT, his behaviour is smearing the reputation and the interest of your company .

In conclusion :
The driver (whom never revealed his name to us) IS NOT FIT TO DRIVE AN INTERNATIONAL BUS . He violates all International values of driving behaviour.
FLIXBUS MUST TAKE ACTION OTHERWISE THIS Incident CAN GO VIRAL IN THE SOCIAL MEDIA , AND RUIN THE GOOD REPUTATION of VALUES OF FLIXBUS.
