Mijn Klacht:

I bought credit to call through Just Voip, and it has taken too long. It’s already 20 minutes and still no credit appears on my account. Payment was already credited from my account. This is no good service, I paid in order to make an emergency call, and up to now no credit on my account.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I need the credit asap and also compensation as I had to use my mobile to call direct. This is not why I have an account

Thank you for contacting Adyen Support.

Adyen is a Payment Service Provider and handles payments for online merchants via credit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods. Adyen only offers the technical system for handling these payments. For any questions related to an individual payment or the status of your order you will have to contact the shop where the order was placed.

If your payment was refused, and the merchant is not able to give you the reason why, you will have to contact your Issuer. Adyen can not provide you with any details about the Refusal Reason.
