Mijn Klacht:
I’m ill since 10 juni 2014. After long searching in hospital they found my health problem. I have got medications but still i ont feel good. I have pain in my stomach and vomiting and spending very much time in toilet.I have next appiontment in hospital 10.12.2014 but nobody cares only that I should work. I had two controls by work doctor when they said that they see that i’m ok and in their opinion I can go to work. I said every time that I dont feel good to work because I lost 10 kilo and I have problem to travel to work. Yesterday I had this second appontment with doctor when he said that he will sent letter to Acture that I can take light work and today morning woman from Acture expected me to be at work today mornig when even I didn’t know the time and place (I’m uitzendkracht). Now she said to me that dont want to work and she is stoping my payments with 5 november 2014 because company doctor said that he thinks me to be better at this date. I never said that I dont want to work only I can start work when I’m healthy. I called UWV and they said that I can take other appointment with other company doctor and I can always report till 5 november that I feel not good and Acture can’t stop the payment but this very RUDE !!!!!!!!!! woman from ACTURE she didn’t want to listen and she said only I’m sorry is to late and I should wait till 5 november for letters from UWV. What should I do know? Probably they will say that is my fault and I cant have any right to WW uitkiering or Ziektewet uitkiering because Woman from Acture thinks that I dont want to work.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Somebody has to ask opinion my main doctor from hospital about my health not only company doctor who is saying that I'm ok to work (during conversation I never said to doctor that I'm healthy).
I want to see the letters from company doctors send to Acture.
When Acture will make good reintegration with also looking for transport posibilitties.
When workers from Acture will be more polite to the people who are already ill and they have to struggle with more stres when they make problems like that.
