Mijn Klacht:
If I could give 0 stars i would. I send my Xiaomi book s to be repaired so Xiaomi told me it goes through dynafix. After it was locked up had to wait 3 months for my laptop to get back did not tell me what was wrong but it was damaged so I wanted it fixed again. Against my better judgement I send it again because the first time I called costumer support first they told me it was finished and needed to be send then after a few weeks called again and then they told me a different department had to fix it. after 3 month I get it back with damage which they said was my fault which I don’t buy.
Now they want to me to pay 200 euros the Xiaomi book cost me 600 1/3 of the price or 50 for research it was a crack in the frame you don’t need to me a specialist to see that.
They don’t communicate and just rip people off terrible company next time I will just go to a store or something so I never have to deal with these people ever again worthless company. I don’t know why Xiaomi works with them.
And funny thing if I don’t respond in a certain amount of time they send it not repaired and still need to pay 50 euros.

Niks hoeven betalen en mijn geld terug sorry dat mijn review in het Engels was maar wilde zoveel mogelijk mensen ermee bereiken want mensen moeten weten hoe slecht dit bedrijf is.
