Mijn Klacht:
I vindt dit schandalig.
Over korte tijd moet deze organisatie mij maandelijks geld uitkeren.
WAT EEN GRAP.
zij kunnen nog niet eens een addres veranderen of een email beantwoorden in 2 jaar tijd !!
Schandalig.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is John Hendrik Posthuma , my Client number ; 6521258 .
I apologize for writing in English however I feel I am no longer able to express myself as clearly as I would wish to in the Dutch language .
Let me start off by saying that ever since I have had to have dealings with your ABP organisation I have never felt less proud to have once been a Dutch citizen and a “Rijksambtenaar” for more than 17 years !
For more than 2 years now I have simply been trying to change my marital status in your records, from married to single. There have been a multitude of emails sent , back and forth of which the majority were sent by me and which were subsequently just completely ignored by your organisation .
It was only when I lodged a complaint on the “Klacht NL” website on the 14 th of October this year, that miraculously all of a sudden I received the following message ;
“ Beste John,
Well, I hadnt been informed of anything of the sort however this was not the issue .
She also sent me more information regarding the legalisation of foreign documents.
If anybody however had taken the time or trouble to actually read what I had written in my original email they would of seen that I was merely seeking some clarification regarding a letter which I had received dated the 12 th of August 2014 from a Mr. Jan Seelen , Manager Pensioenuitvoering APG. (see below)
When I read his letter I did not understand where it said ; “ inform us by sending a “legalized” copy of your divorce certificate including an apostille .”
THIS IS THE QUESTION WHAT I HAVE NOW BEEN TRYING TO HAVE ANSWERED FOR 2 YEARS ;
Isnt the apostille the legalisation of that copy ?? and if it is then why does his letter state a legalised copy including an apostille ?
Anyway after waiting another 6 weeks I went back onto “Klacht NL” and once again miraculously received immediately the following answer ;
Geboden Oplossing:
Beste John,
Ik zie dat de afdeling een brief verzonden heeft op 24 november. Dit is 1,5 week geleden. Is het mogelijk dat de post er zo lang over doet? In de brief staat het volgende:
In response to your e-mail of September 10th, 2016 we would like to inform you accordingly. In your correspondence you informed us, that your civil status is not accurate in our administration.
More information required
If your civil status has changed, please inform us by sending a ‘legalized’ copy of your divorce certificate. The divorce certificate must be provided with an apostille. We automatically receive changes (civil status, address) in the Netherlands from the Dutch municipality. All changes outside the Netherlands are not known to us. Therefore we require this information.
More information about how to register a marriage that is dissolved in another country can be found on government.nl.
Please send the requested information to us via e-mail [email protected] or send us a fax: +31 (0)45 579 24 31. The information may also be sent to the following address:
ABP
PO box 4806
6401 JL HEERLEN
The Netherlands
Weet je zo voldoen?
Met vriendelijke groet,
Cindy – Webcare Team ABP
Just unbelievable ! Nobody has still actually read my email !!
They have just sent out a repeat of what they sent out 2 years ago.
Nobody in your ABP organisation also bothers to think, well its been more than 1.5 weeks ; “ Maybe we havent got this clients correct address !”
That letter still hasn’t arrived yet and I am more than certain it has been sent to my old address in Kanmantoo despite me having changed my address with your organisation as requested; (please see below)

As I was sick to death after 2 years of this whole affair , I went to the Australian Dept. Of Foreign Affairs and Trade last week and showed them the letter from Mr Jan Seelen and asked them what they believed it was that the ABP actually wanted.
They told me that the letter made no sense to them at all as the apostille was the legalisation of the document HOWEVER they couldn’t give me an apostille for a copy !
So I paid $80 and had the original Decree Nisi of Dissolution of Marriage apostilled.
Since I cant imagine that the ABP expect me to mail them my original Decree Nisi of Dissolution of Marriage , I have photocopied and attached to this letter a copy of the original with the apostille attached.
I pray to God that this is what you want/need but fear with great fear that your organisation is one day soon going to be in a position of having to pay me a monthly sum of money and hope that those people in the ABP responsible for that part of your organisation are not the ones that I have had dealings with so far !
Could you, once again, please ensure my current address is listed correctly in your records at Salt Creek and would you do me the courtesy of responding to this letter without me having to resort to the use of Klacht NL in order to illicit a response.
John Posthuma
