First note .. I have had to put a fictive ingangsdatum because on the Canal Digitaal site you can see NOWHERE the contract information !!!!!!!
THE PROBLEM
I have had serious internet problems for MONTHS where there are a good number of sites I can\’t contact … including my local gemeente but more important, some BANKING SITES where I have accounts and I therefore run FINANCIAL RISKS !!!!
(a good number of other sites also show problems)
I have reported this MANY TIMES to Canal Digitaal and all they are interested in doing is a line \’METING\’ and they say it is good. They suggest it is a problem with the \’ randapaaratuur \’.
They don\’t respond when I say that the \’randapparatuur\’ is a Laptop (windows10), an IOS Laptop, an Android phone and an IOS phone .. ALL show the same problems.
Taking the \’ randapparatuur\’ to the neighbours house and there are NO problems. (This localises the problem to THIS location and NOT randapparatuur)
Changing the modem has the SAME problems.
Connecting with a cable instead of WIFI – same problem.
Connecting with the phones via the mobile service and there is NO problem,
Canal Digitaal will NOT ACCEPT that THEY have a poblem.
The last time they said they would report it to the netwerk beheerder .. but NOTHING HAS HAPPENED !!!!
I have been a computer / communication hardware & softwareengineer for more than 30 years and I can GUARANTEE that there is a problem with CANAL DIGITAAL connection,
