Mijn Klacht:
The Laptop broken after less than one month of use, I sent to the Service Center and they told they will fix the problem in up to 15 working days, trying to make it short.
They answer me only after 17 working days and told the problem wasn’t fixable and they will give my money back. I asked for my Hard Drive with my data, but they told it was not possible to give me back my data, despite they have no idea if the problem involves the Hard Drive or not.
Still waiting my money back, and I think my data is lost.
Gewenste Oplossing:
With my Hard Drive or the data that was installed on it, and with another laptop.
