Mijn Klacht:

I bought tickets for a concert 4 weeks ago via this website for 3x the original price. The concert is taking place in 4 hours and I still haven’t received the tickets. After calling multiple times, I was told that their “suppliers” hadn’t provided them yet (after 4 weeks?), after some questioning it became apparent that they don’t have tickets. I was then told that I will receive my money back within 2 weeks – 2 weeks?
It’s been a very disappointing experience and I can not believe how someone thinks to run a company like that with such a bad business model. I will 100% not use this website again.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I paid 3x the price for these tickets - make it happen (marktplaats.nl?)
Re-reimburse the money immediately
Don't pretend that this is an acceptable procedure
Apologize
