Mijn Klacht:
My name in Mevr AM Juch
I stopped at the AH Nathesseplein (12:15) to do some grocery shopping
When finished I approached the customer service value. It was empty and the mevrouw stood there looking down , didn’t react to my presence so after waiting a couple of minutes I said : hello
To which she reacted aggresievely and raising brutally her voice saying if I did hear she was busy talking to a client. There was no one at the value. I looked confused and she pinpointed sime10 meters away a woman that was standing by the exit door.
First I didn’t see or heard her speaking
At her disregard of me waiting for her help I just said “ hello “ as an opening word. Got the full load of her lack of client support “training” / feeling.
She even shouted I should leave the shop if I didn’t want to wait. I went to the first cashier to ask for the “ manager”
She said the impolite one had to call him/her.
I went back to this person and requested the manager she shouted again she wouldn’t help me validate ( the parking ticket) as far as I know you use to ask that
A young man ( no label or uniform ) approached me and said he was the manager
He informed me to present my complain via this way. He heard her shouting ( still was ) and refusing to validate my ticket. The young man did not know how to do it asked her and she said to him to ask me because I new better. Laughing and provoking raising her voice.
I simply can not understand how / who thinks some one like this lady should handle client support!
I miss the old manners of the employees of Albert Heijn
Gewenste Oplossing:
Hopefully the filial manager chooses better who he/ she assigns to help clients at the balie
