Last week, we hired them to unclog our sink draining system. We paid 391 euro for 30 minutes work and the guy told us that it has 1 month warranty. After a week, the problem is back. My husband called them but they just diverting the call to other colleague and keep him waiting. They also denied the 1 month warranty. During this difficult times, 391 euro is a big money. I believe they are using several business name. This is their kvk number: 77094786.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Since our sink draining system is not fix, we want our money back. Otherwise, we will report them.
