I called this number to reach IKEA. I was aware that it is a billed line but I didnt know I also pay for waiting on the line. I waited 25 minutes to connect IKEA and nobody answered. Then I billed 25 euro. This is unacceptable. I want you to cancel this extra cost.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want you to cancel this bill that I will not need to pay it.
