Last year summer one of those door to door ziggo sales men came by.
He informed me about the ziggo package and had a good story on discounts and things included that all turned into lies.
Apparently it would be 29€ a months for TV and internet and i would also have HBO Max. After the first intitial year he said i should then remove the TV subscription, then the costs would stay flat and dont jump to 90€.
Once the contract started last year i immediately noticed that it was 36€ a months and HBO max was also not included. I called Ziggo and used their chat but never got support from them.
Now, almost one year into the contract i went to the ziggo store to get the tv subscription taken out, since as the sales guy said the monthly fees then stay at the low price. Turns out that was also a lie. If i take it out the lowest rate is 60€.
I feel completely lied to by Ziggo. The customer service that I have experienced is absolutely the worst. Will never chose them again.
If Ziggo sees this: please help me get out of this contract asap. I still have the sales men’s nr, maybe that helps you identify which sales men is talking lies to customers.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Full cancellation of contract since i got pushed to sign the contract under false pretenses by the Ziggo sales person.
