Mijn Klacht:
I reported a sim card replacement more than two weeks ago and they say they have sent it twice. Each time the waiting period is 3-5 days and after not recieving the sim card for the second time they say there is something wrong with my address and it’s me to blame. The ridiculous thing is that I have my home internet from youfone too and they sent me the modem and I also get occasional mails from them at my address.
The management is a mess. They say they have no tracking data and have no priority shipping measures either. Also they are charging me for my subscription for this whole period!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Remove the subscription fee for the period that I am not able to use my simcard send my simcard as soon as possible with DHL or any other reliable company with tracking info.
