Mijn Klacht:
I was supposed to have an internet connection with a speed of 50MBit/s on May 17th. It is the 4th day and I have no connection. I tried calling them so many times. They answered only 2 or 3 times. They just sent tickets to KPN but there is no result. I already missed 2 online meetings because of them. I am living on my very limited mobile data whereas I am supposed to be using WiFi intensively, not only because I have to work but I also am in quarantine!
Gewenste Oplossing:
Only when I have continuous connection with the promised speed.
