Mijn Klacht:
On 14.03. I started to use service. 26.03.2018 I checked the information and I need to pay extra 60 euro for the services. I asked customer service, and they told me, that I need to pay extra, as the data for this month is half. No one told me before about this thing, and when I asked Youfone to cancel abomenets and they told me that they won’t do it, as I ordered the abonement on 28.02, and they do not care if I received the sim only 14.03.
Please help me with this issue. I want to cancel this subscription and make them not to charge for unexpected costs!
