Mijn Klacht:
internet not possible but they wont cancel. On their website it showed its possible but they tell me i should know if I have an ISRA point or not in my place but like me I think most people dont even know what it is and i trust their website,
I friendly asked them to cancel but they wont because im a few days later than the cancel period.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When they cancel the internet subscription thats not even possible in my house. And dont ask me to pay for a service that I can not have.
