Mijn Klacht:
I was overcharged around 200 eur, eventhough my roaming was off and my phone was in fight mode ALL THE TIME during my holidays. They offered a %75 refund, which they didn’t refund in the end but gave me as account balance so my monthly bill would be taken from that. I still have 70 eur, and my monthly bill is 10 eur.
This month they charged me in my bank account again and zeroed my balance. I requested a refund via my bank and got it back and complained to youfone. But they insist that I have to pay this month, and only next month they will continue using my plus balance again..
I refuse to pay as they already messed up once and I have 7 months worth of balance in them. But they insist that they can’t use that balance for this month balance.
Now they even threatened me that if I don’t pay in 24 hours, they will block my phone number.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I expect them to NOT block my account, use my balance for this months bill and continue using my balance until its zeroed.
If I absolutely have to pay, inform me, then I will pay and end my relationship with Youfone and go to another provider.
