Hello,
I have a two year contract with Youfone.
Lately I don’t gave any reception/signal in my house and I have to go next to the window to receive and make calls. The problem is the simkaart because when I use other Sim, (also routine) with my phone, I have no problem.
I called Youfone and they told me they will send a new Sim for 15 euro!!!
I told them it’s their bad sim and not my fault. I didn’t loose it or break it or damaged it in anyway. But still he insist I have to pay. When I asked to talk with a manager, he didn’t let me, saying it is not possible and then ended the call, just like that.
When I was with Vodafone and had to change simkaart, (was my fault!) I got one for free.
I don’t understand why a company give a faulty product and then demand you to pay for a new one, (they claim to have only 30 days garantie for simkaart).
This is the worse service I got ever and I worn anyone not to have contract with Youfone

I will be happy when I'll get a new simkaart for free and an apology for hanging the phone to my face.
