Update on 31 of August 2012.
The SIM card was never activated and can not be used. I requested Youfone.nl via their website to terminate the contract and return me my money. Because of no reaction and new bill for 2.50 euro I sent another letter via post on 24 of July 2012. Both letters were ignored. Instead of terminating the contract Youfone sent me next bill for 2.50. I have forbidden automatic money withdrawal from my bank account and will never pay any cent to Youfone. I see no other way to stop this robbery.
On 7 of June I placed a complain at this site called “Abonement SIM ONLY Youfone”. After that I received SIM card (after five months!), but I cannot activate it until now.
From 19 of June I called five times to Youfone service desk to activate my SIM card.
First time the promise to activate the SIM card was given, but never fulfilled. Second time Youfone line was buzy and automatic advice to call me back was given. I never received any call back. Third, forth and fifths times I got so bad connection that service desk of Youfone could not hear me. They refused to activate SIM card.
In total, five times per 1.30 euro = 6.50 + 24.95 as initial amount = 31.45 euro. This amount was deducted by Youfone from my bank account. In return I received a non-active SIM card, which is useless.
I demand cancelling the contract and return of my money to my bank account.
