Mijn Klacht:
In January 2012 I requested SIM ONLY contract from Youfone. On 24 of January Youfone wrote off my bank account €24.95.
Until now you only once replied to my numerous requests, including registered letters, about the status of my order. On 19 of April, three months after the contract signing, you send me a promise to send the SIM card soon. By now no SIM card is received.
Because of such attitude to the clients I do not see any reasons to continue asking to send me the SIM card.
Update 19 June, 2012.
Despite my wish to terminate the contract Youfone send me SIM card. On 18 of June I called the advised number to activate it (1.3 euro per conversation) and got assurance that the card would be active in one hour. Next day I called again (1.30 euro once more) and got automatic reply that the line was too busy and promise to call me back. Until now no back calls. The SIM card is NOT activated. Total losses are 2.60 euro.
Update 26 June.
IThe SIM car is NOT activated. I called three times (1.3 euro per call) and got so bad connection that Youfone service did not hear me. They refused to activate my SIM card.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I demand cancelling the contract and request returning the money which Youfone wrote off my bank account on 24 of January 2012, in full sum €24.95 to my bank account.
