Mijn Klacht:
They say they have good customer service, but that is all a lie. They don’t answer on Facebook or mail. They have 116 people that like their Facebook page, yet they can’t answer one simple question. Good luck contacting them on e-mail, they are straight up ignoring you. The Facebook and Twitter page is dead since March. They provide you track & trace numbers from Post.NL, but whats the point of that when they don’t give Post.NL the package you ordered? Overall horrible customer service and no package yet. I’m on the edge of canceling the whole thing. 0 out of 5 stars.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'm satisfied when they actually answer on my complaint and ship my package in time. Why do they provide you with track & trace number when they haven't provided Post.NL with the package? It makes absolutely zero sense.
