Mijn Klacht:
We moved to a new address on the 15th of May. I arranged this beforehand with XS4All. Understandably they could only deliver internet on the new address on June 1st. This part was still acceptable.
1st of June came and went. No internet. I phoned XS4All, and they said KPN needed to fix something on their end. Allegedly a cable should be connected on some exchange.
XS4All arranged for KPN do their maintenance on June 11th.
June 11th came and went. No internet. I phoned XS4All, and they couldn’t give me any information on why KPN didn’t complete their maintenance, or even when they’d be able to do so. This, despite the fact that XS4All is part of KPN.
I phoned again (14th or 15th) and I got told to check back with them the following week.
Phoned again on the 19th, and I got told to stop phoning them – don’t phone us, we’ll phone you. No word on what is actually wrong.
Today, the 20th… XS4all phones me…. to try and sell me faster internet, AT THE OLD ADDRESS.
I have spent hours waiting in their queues, and spent hours talking to them. There is nothing wrong with the money I pay them – would they be so kind as to do what I pay them to do?

Connect our internet.
