I have requested birth certificates for my daughters by phone on 12 May
After waiting for 15 minutes to have someone answer the phone I’ve been told that I can request the birth certificates only ONLINE. I explained that it was urgent and still, the employee told me – that is possible only online.
After four weeks I received the birth certificates only in DUTCH. I have missed the deadline (at my work) and still did not receive the birth certificates on international form, as requested (I have a copy of my request clearly stating: meertalig uitreksel).
Now waiting for more than 30 minutes to get someone on the phone.
Documents I requested need to be processed and sent urgently.
