good morning,
I boked my holiday to Burgas via Sunweb. My luggage was lost for 8 days !!!!
I had to buy clothes, medicines etc. I have to claim these charges to TUI ( Sunweb vakantie included tickets via TUI)
To make my claim I need the orfinal TUI booking number.
Sunweb has internal problems ( traffic ) they cannot give this nubmer os I CANNOT CLAIM MY EXPENSES TO TUI !!!!
it is incredible ! nobody is responsable now . Sun web is cleaninig their hands,TUI- Sunweb not support noting
I was traveling via Sunweb for 5 years. I will not do it ANYMORE
