Mijn Klacht:
I have purchased a dishwasser one month ago at Mediamarket. I recived it last 1st of October, on the 4th of November, last sunday, the dishwashwer stopped working. i called the customer service and someone came to my house on wednesday Nov. 7th.
according to the person who came, the electrtical part is not in condition and must be replaced.
This is ONE MONTH old, i called today to the service care from Whirpool and was informed that it can take up to 10 working days, for the new part to arrive. and then someone will contact me to repair the dishwasher. First, I am working, and had to ask for one day off, to get to the conclusion that my brand new dishwasher, as a damaged part. Now I iwll have to ask for another day off, to replace the part??? I am the one who is in full LOSS. All i did was spending almost 500 euro to have a dishwasher, not only i dont have, but i also have to be available for your entities to solve the matter.
this means, that i will have to wait, and not be able to use for the device i bought for 3 weeks at least!!!
I want someone to solve this matter very urgently, because, I think i am entitled to received a brand new machine, because at this point, not only i dont trust the one i bought, but I also dont trust you service anymore.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to receive a new dishwasher.
