Mijn Klacht:
Yesterday we had to fly from London Luton at 19.50 at 20.02 I received an email saying the flight was cancelled. Nobody at ground staff knew anything. They gave as forms with on it our rights and telephone numbers who were not reachable!! Only 15 hotel rooms for 90 passengers so children and elderly first (this is a good thing) We were told to book our own hotel and that taxi, food and hotelroom would be compensated! Well and here comes the clue: HOW? On the website there is no information on this matter when you try to fill a complained it will not come thru because reservation number is not valid (it was valid when I tried to reach them on the compliment form!!!! It is like a never ending maze and you get nowhere and you can not reach anybody human!!! SAD SAD SAD!!! I want even start on communication at the airport! Hope we can solve this “miscommunication”issue but I have my doubts!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I sent them the invoices of the cost I made and they reimburse it! Easy and VERY client friendly
