Dear sir / madam,
I was treated badly by your boarding person when boarding the return journey from Alicante to A’dam. As you can read in the email above, I had accepted another flight and the person at boarding did not want to read this email. Instead of informing me whether or not I was eligible for a later flight, I had to pay an additional € 40 for a 9 kg. suitcase of 55x40x20 cm. On the outward journey this luggage was sold out and no problem I could just take the same suitcase on board. I think your service is very bad because I have been very flexible towards you to solve a problem for you and therefore expect your company to apologize and leniency for a minimum repayment of this € 40,-
