Mijn Klacht:
I have sold an item on Vitend, total price 130.00 Euro however price of the item in the store is much higher. Vinted guarantees the safe exchange of the items. Unfortuantely, my parcel is lost. My buyer decided about the parcel and also used Buyer Protection method, where they have paid for a guarnatee. What is not comunicated that, when I sent the item, gurantee is only for the Buyer. The buyer received full refund and me only 25.00 Euro from Homerr, apprently this is what the parcel is insured for. I had no possibility of chosing the parcel or guarnatee, buyer selected and paid for everything, now i am discussing the matter with VINTED but they just are not coming back to me with any other answear. My expectation is to have the total amount of sale transfered to my account. VInted is the middle party and they recommend the means of sending the parcel, therefore they should be also resposnble for insurance.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I am satisfied if i receive the total amount for my parcel. I have sold an item for 130.00 Euro and 25.00 Euro has been transferred as a compensation, i asked for a reminder amount of 105.00 Euro.
I have now lost an item and i have no money.
