However, after proceeding the payment of these tickets, a total amount of € 372 has been deducted from my MasterCard. I did not receive any warming concerning the fact that there is an administration cost of more than € 100 attached to buying tickets at your website.
I want to kindly ask you to reconsider your strategy behind this and refund the additional costs, as it is only fair to receive a notification of the high administration costs BEFORE proceeding to the payment.
