Mijn Klacht:

Ik heb getracht concertkaarten voor cold playbte verkopen via viagogo.
In eerste instantie kreeg ik een bericht dat ze verkocht waren.
Daarna een vage mail dat er problemen mee waren hierop diverse malen getracht contact op te nemen.
Niet gelukt uiteraard, vanochtend ontving ik onderstaande mail en werd pardoes 50 euro van mijn creditcard afgeschreven!
