Mijn Klacht:

I can’t even give any star for this ridiculous company. I bought Trevor Noah 2 tickets a year ago (2021), and the show was postponed. So, I re-sold both tickets last year but apparently I have to send the tickets via post to the new buyer. The show is going to happen on 21 May 2022 instead of 27 May 2022 as planned. Until today, one day before the show, I never received my tickets. I had been sending email to this company customer service for the last month but only received stupid answers and still no tickets. Today, one day before the show, I received email that my tickets are cancelled but I have to pay them a compensation of Euro 153.88. What is ridiculous company that charging me a cost while I never even received the tickets and I had sent so many email asked for it. They only promised to send but never sent anything. I will never buy any tickets from this company and I advise you to do the same!!! My lawyer will take care of this situation so they can learn that this company threats people unfair and have to pay me instead for all the stress I received.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I demand that the company has to cancel the extra cost they want to charge me Euro 153.88 with a written ation via email. I also demanded that they compensate me with offering me the tickets I bough or compensation for other tickets!!!
