I bought 3 tennis tournament tickets (Roland Garros 275) in March for 674 EUR !!(booking fee of 143!). The original price shown on the ticket was 70 EUR each. I cannot resell them on their site, they keep saying there are download problems, I cannot get my money back, not even part of it. I have called them on the US number, they don’t reply. There is no way to contact them, no email or anything else. I want my money back, this is sheer fraud-
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want them to reimburse me the total or at least get 400 EUR back
