Mijn Klacht:

I BUY 4 TICKETS “E-TICKETS for senstation 2015” BY VIAGOGO yesterday, im tottaly disappointed about “how they works”, they are offered the tickets with are not availble to sell “yet” after placing the order. After placing order i was 100 procent shure then i bought the ticket, i recive email with confirmation of my order and information :

“Dear Lukasz,

Thank you for buying tickets for Sensation 2015 – Amsterdam on our marketplace. Your tickets are now covered by the viagogo guarantee.

Delivery Information:
• Tickets for live events are often not released until very close to the event date. Therefore, you should expect to receive your tickets 3 days before the event. We will notify you by email when your e-tickets are ready to download and print.
• To check the latest status of your order you can Track Your Order at any time.”

My next step was : i contacting custommer service and i want to cancel order and money back, but customer service told me this :

“All orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This is in accordance with our terms and conditions, which comply with laws and regulations in the countries in which viagogo has operations. ”

Before i thoose tose service i was not informed about therms and conditions of VIAGOGO.

i Already start to make procedure “chargeback” from PAYPAL service,
but is not everything i want to ask for help in this website, i know you are supporting people as well.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I WANT CANCEL THE ORDER AND MONEY BACK,

Dear Lukasz,

Thank you for your message regarding your order for Sensation

Please remember that once the ticket order has been placed, viagogo is unable to cancel orders as all orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, this is in accordance with our terms and conditions. We understand that you may be unable to use the tickets you have purchased, in that case you could relist the tickets for sale on our website.

As our colleagues explained on the phone, over twitter and on trustpilot, viagogo is a ticket marketplace, relying on the seller to deliver the ticket in time for the event. As tickets are often released late by the organiser and the event is still 10 weeks out we would like to give the seller a fair chance to upload the e-tickets.

Your tickets are always for 100% covered by the viagogo guarantee, which means we will track orders and make sure you will receive valid tickets in time for the event. Only in the rare cases where a seller is unable to deliver the tickets in time for the event, and viagogo is unable to find you replacement tickets, you are eligible for a refund which you will then receive.

We have just checked your order again and it turns out your tickets are available for download!
