Again:
1 tried to download tickets for Davina Michelle.I tried for seferal days.
On Friday before the event the customer desk mentioned to me to remove the tickets out of listings
A checked with her, and there was noting in the listings
She promised me to send me the tickets by E-mail and escalate. I told her about the urgency
On Saturday the day of the event I called again, same story, she promised me to send me the tickets and escalate.
I told her to hurry since the evnt was in the evening
On Saturday Afternoon I called again to express my concerns, not having the tickets 3 hours before the event.
The Viagogo program is realy unclear maybe it it translated into Dutch.
The customer service was un able to help me 3 time before the event.
After the event I called several times and the all said that they should look into the possibility to get my money back.
I tried to speak with the managers, I tried to escalate no reactions except sorry we are not able to give a refund, without listening and actually diving in the issue.
I provided evidence, I called 15 times and they all promised to help me out, but the only thing I get back is a reply, sorry we are not able to refund.
It was not me making mistakes, it was viagogo not able to send me the tickets and help me before the event.
Why should I call 3 times if I had the tickets ??
So reconcider your erdict and look into your system why I was not able to download and no body was able to help me by sending me the ticketys again, before the event as promised 3 times..

When I reply on the link I get below mentioned message. So I do not know what is wrong now.
I called Friday evening that I was not able to download my tickets for the event on Saterday.
The lady promised me to escalate and forward me the tickets by E-mail. I did not receive the e-mail.
On saterday I called again, and again the lady promised me to E-mail and escalate again.
On Saturday afternoon I called again, since there was no time anymore to drive to Rotterdam, not having the tickets available.
Again the lady told me she should forward me the tickest by E-mail and again she should escalate with-in 24 hours.
Since I tried, early last week I tried to download the tickets but the link did not work.
1) Why should I call if I was able to downlaod.
2) Viagogo was not able to help me
3) Something went wrong with the order.
a. It shows the event is ed. (yellow circle)
b. It shows purchase was newly offered for sale (red cicle)
4) I called total 3 times before the event, and in 3 times Viagogo was not able to help me or sent tickets by e-mail
5) Viagogo promised to escalate with-in 24 hours and they did not manage to contact me in time.
I was not able to go to the event due to the crappy side of viagogo and the poor customer support
I want a full refund of my purchase.
I missed the event due to poor performance of the viaggo side, and if you do not solve this I will contact my layer.
I will also contact Radar a television support programm in the Netherland with I high social impact.
I feel really disappointed to gether with my wife since we were not able to go to the event.
I still have confidence that Viagogo will solve this in such I way I’m fully satisfied.
