Is is now 12/10/2015 4pm and I still do not have the tickets (red zone) for the concert of U2 wednesday 14/10/2015. I’m very suprised by this and insist to have any information about these tickets as I need them at the latest tomorrow; I indicated a delivery address and I will be there today until 7pm and as from tomorrow 09u00 untill 6pm; Wednesday I will be already in ntwerp all day so I reallmy need to receive these tomorrow at the latest !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This are extreme expensive tickets, so I hope the service will very qui as from now on – I’m very disappointed in the way you are handling this matters. I did not receive a proper answer last week and impossible to get in contact by phone,.

Gewenste Oplossing:
delivery urgently of my tickets !!!!!!!!!!!!!! or an alternative and re-imboursment as it are the most expensive ones (red zone) !!!!!
