Mijn Klacht:
In November 2019, I bought two tickets with my credit card for a Billie Eilish concert in Amsterdam on July 13th, as a gift for a friend and his daughter. The concert was cancelled due to obvious reasons, but Viagogo compensated the tickets by gift vouchers.
Now Billie Eilish announced a new concert next year in Amsterdam. My friend wanted to het tickets for this concert by cashing the vouchers, however his Viagogo account got blocked and he did not succeed unblocking it. He opened a new account, but could not use the vouchers, probably because the voucher codes are linked to his original account. Now he is stuck with a blocked account, vouchers he cannot use, and no tickets. He sent mails, and both of us tried to reach Viagogo per phone to get assistance, yet unsuccessfully: no reply on email, and the voice response system does not let us get through. Viagogo is unresponsive to what seems to be a simple issue.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Obviously the goal is to get two tickets for the concert next year. We would already be helped if my friend's account gets unblocked so he can cash his vouchers; and hopefully still can find tickets available for this concert.
