Mijn Klacht:
I am writing in English because i speak dutch but i cant write perfect.I have about 10 days the tablet (M712).I did not have a problem that i was waiting more than a month because of the customs problems(i got a letter with excuses from veronica) but i really have a big problem with the tablet.The wifi works very rare and the very rare times that it works it takes so long to upload the pages.I email Empire Elecrtonics and the answer that they send me gave the fault to my router(They did not tell me why my laptop works perfect with my router!!!)So after i read all kind of comments in several forums i know that this tablet has a big problem with the wifi.If i will send it back i have to pay the costs and i will probably get, after a month or more, a new tablet which will probably have the some problems.Today for the first time the tablet did not want to start,it freeze on the Android’s logo and i was waiting till the battery is out and start it again with the electricity cable.I think the day that it will stop working is very close.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Money back or continue the year lid and getting another tablet from another company with same specifications.
