I bought this Traffic manual passenger car_27th New Edition July 2017 in Mar 2018 which it is claimed at that time that it’s the latest version and it’s completely renewed English book, see on their website: https:www.verjo.nltraffic-manual-passenger-car.html

There are many mistakes on this exercise booklet that mislead you to the wrong information like the car with trailer can drive up to 130mh on Chapter 17 question 12. Another one is the descent slow on Chapter 17 question 8 for example.

When I reported to them and ask for the responsibility, here is their reply:

Anyone can buy our books, let them be for more than a year and then use them, that is not our responsibility. You can purchase our latest version on our website

For me, it’s very ashamed hearing that the company published incorrect information about the traffic rules and still says that that is not their responsibility.

They even haven’t said any apology for the mistake.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I am asking for the refund since it's unqualified book and can harm one who is studying the traffic rules with this book.
