I have placed an order trusting the quality of this company. Around September I left the window a bit open so it gets ventilate in the bedroom, however it was windy and start to rain, I went to close the windows and the blinds got few drops of water, the blinds has a huge spot now! I informed to Veneta about it, and their solution was that I need to go to an external insurance to have this covered. I told them that the external insurance has nothing to do with their quality of product. Also the “manager” did not give a solution for this issue. Unfortunately when this happened I have ordered already my last order with them, a blinds for the bathroom, color LIGHT GREY, guess what people… I GOT A TRUFFLE COLOR (that is beige) AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT COLOR!!!! Even they offered me to send a new one, and now the factory has informed them this is the right color! Unbelievable company, they come with excuses always and no solutions at all. So you expend your money they make a mistake and believe you’ll not get a solution AT ALL!! Please do not buy with this company, you’ll get only headaches!!
